Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Your statutory refund rights always apply.
This policy explains how refunds work at ThreadMine. It applies to every purchase made through our checkout — recurring subscriptions and one-time passes alike — and is aligned with the refund policy of Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Refund window
You can request a full refund of a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date. This applies equally to subscriptions (Pro and Team, monthly or annual) and to one-time passes. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; to get a charge already made back, use the 14-day window above.
2. Your legal rights
This policy never reduces the rights granted to you by law — the highest level of protection always applies:
- Brazil: a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after purchase (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
- EU/UK: a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services.
- Where local law or Paddle's own rules grant additional rights, those rights prevail.
3. Fraud or abuse
Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour. Outside those situations, the 14-day window above applies normally.
4. How to request a refund
Write to contato@threadmine.dev with the email used at checkout and the approximate date of the charge. You can also request the refund directly from Paddle. Once approved, the amount usually returns to your original payment method within a few business days.
5. Who processes the refund
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (the seller of record for the transaction). The charge appears as “Paddle” (or Paddle.com) on your card or bank statement, and Paddle executes the reversal to your original payment method.
6. Contact
