Terms of Service

Clear rules for using ThreadMine.

1. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The service is not intended for minors. If you are in a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited, you must not use it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under it. Notify us immediately at dpo@threadmine.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may close your account at any time via /perfil. After closure, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits or the quotas of your plan.
• Submit illegal or malicious content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Use the service to host or distribute malware.
• Access other users' accounts, workspaces or data without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense or make the service available to third parties without a commercial agreement with us.
• Train AI models using the service as an automated source (scraping).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity.

4. Intellectual property

Your content is yours. You retain all rights to the thread dumps, metadata and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to store, process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service.

The ThreadMine brand, the product code, the interface, the documentation and other elements of the service are the property of FELIPE MASCHIO TECHNOLOGY LTDA or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any license over those elements beyond normal use of the service.

5. Plans and billing

ThreadMine is offered in plans (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). The free plan has usage limits published at /precos. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid for and does not generate a pro-rata refund, except where required by applicable law.

6. SLA and availability during the beta

While the service is in beta, it is offered on a best-effort basis, with no formal guarantee of uptime, latency or availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service operational and will communicate maintenance windows when possible.

When the service leaves beta, we will publish a formal SLA at /sla. Until then, there is no automatic credit for unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that (a) the service will be free of errors or interruptions, (b) analysis results will be accurate or complete for all cases, or (c) the service will meet all of your expectations.

Under no circumstances will FELIPE MASCHIO TECHNOLOGY LTDA be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the triggering event (or R$ 100,00 if you use the Free plan).

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. willful misconduct, gross negligence, consumer damages protected by the CDC).

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create legal risk for us or for third parties, or if the service is discontinued entirely.

In the event of termination by FELIPE MASCHIO TECHNOLOGY LTDA without cause attributable to you on a paid plan, we will refund, on a pro-rata basis, the amount already paid and not consumed.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo/SP are chosen to settle any dispute, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the consumer's venue when applicable.
